Professional Commercial Air Conditioning Solutions
Commercial air conditioning installs require careful planning and design prior to any install work taking place. When we are commissioned to install a commercial system, we consider the full heat loads of your spaces to ensure the systems we install are the correct fit for your requirements. Some of the folliwing we take into account:
- Glazing orientantion and how much sun each elevation gets
- Occupancy throughout the day including meeting rooms and peak periods
- Lighting and insulation
From quote to cool air
We will get you up and running in 4 simple steps.
Site Survey
We complete a thorough survey of your premises including taking into account glazing orientation, insulation, occupancy, equipment load and how each area is actually used through the day.
Written Proposal
You get a written specification covering the equipment, the layout, the expected performance and the price. If more than one solution would work for you, we will provide details for both and explain the benefits/drawbacks of each.
Installation and Commissioning
We get to work installing your system, minimising disruption to daily businesses as much as possible. On completion we run a full commissioning check, including verifying airflow and temperature performance, testing the controls and running the system through its full operating range.
Handover
You receive the commissioning records, the manufacturer warranty documents, the operating instructions for your controls.
Types of Commercial Premises in Surrey
We fit systems across Surrey’s business parks, high streets and industrial parks. In purpose built offices around Redhill, Leatherhead and Croydon installs are usually more straightforward due to most premises already having suspended ceilings to run ducting and pipework. If you are in a Victorian shop in Reigate, Dorking, Epsom or Oxted then routing of pipework and ducting is less straightforward. In light industrial units around Holmethorpe, Salfords and Purley Way we usually cool various parts of a building rather than all of it, so a trade counter or mezzanine office gets its own system. Get in touch with us today to discuss your requirements and arrange a free site survey.

What to Expect on a Surrey Install
Planning, Green Belt & Surrey Hills
The Surrey Hills National Landscape covers roughly a quarter of the county, taking in Dorking, Leatherhead and the ground south of Reigate. Green Belt runs across much of the rest. Add to that conservation areas through Reigate, Dorking, Oxted and Godstone, and a fair number of listed commercial buildings still in trade use. We may have to adapt the install to meet planning requirements such as a condenser that would go on a front elevation anywhere else may need moving to the rear. We assess any specific requirements at the survey stage.
Installation & Servicing
We calculate the size required on measured heat load rather than floor area, give you a written specification and a fixed price. We minimise disruption during the install and hand over commissioning records with an F-Gas logbook set up for its first leak check.

What Our Customers Say
Real experiences from real customers. We let our work speak for itself.
Start to finish a great firm with loads of experience and knowledge. We've had a couple of units installed by Wayne and Paul in our loft and they are good value and sleek. Even with our slightly awkward roof set up they managed to do the job. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely thrilled with the air conditioning units installed in both of our studios. Wayne was brilliant — professional, reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting everything exactly right. The installation was smooth, tidy and completed to a very high standard. Fantastic service, excellent communication and a top-quality result.
Wayne provided a brilliant service. The units were strategically placed with care and the trunking was maintained properly and aesthetically. A lovely team and a first class service — we would definitely recommend them.
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Wayne and Paul were terrific — they've now installed 4 units throughout our house. Honest, reliable, high quality work and sound advice on the best units for each room. I would highly recommend their services.
Really happy with our air conditioning install. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and worked really neatly. Everything was explained properly and the unit works perfectly. Would definitely use again.
Paul and Wayne are excellent engineers. Years of experience and will give you options on works, servicing or repair. Been using them for several years now — will always return a call and advice is given freely. Highly recommended.
