Architecture in South East London
The type of premises we work on in South East London are different to those in Central London. Rather than high rise buildings and modern office blocks, many commercial installs require retrofitting to older buildings. We have installed systems in various buildings including converted warehouses in Deptford and business park premises in Bromley. These buildings present their own challenges, older Victorian buildings generally dont have suspended ceilings meaning nowehere to hide pipework. Converted warehouses could have twelve metres of height and no obvious condenser position. We take all of this into account during the design phase to prevent issues occuring further down the line.

What Our Customers Say
Real experiences from real customers. We let our work speak for itself.
Start to finish a great firm with loads of experience and knowledge. We've had a couple of units installed by Wayne and Paul in our loft and they are good value and sleek. Even with our slightly awkward roof set up they managed to do the job. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely thrilled with the air conditioning units installed in both of our studios. Wayne was brilliant — professional, reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting everything exactly right. The installation was smooth, tidy and completed to a very high standard. Fantastic service, excellent communication and a top-quality result.
Wayne provided a brilliant service. The units were strategically placed with care and the trunking was maintained properly and aesthetically. A lovely team and a first class service — we would definitely recommend them.
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Wayne and Paul were terrific — they've now installed 4 units throughout our house. Honest, reliable, high quality work and sound advice on the best units for each room. I would highly recommend their services.
Really happy with our air conditioning install. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable and worked really neatly. Everything was explained properly and the unit works perfectly. Would definitely use again.
Paul and Wayne are excellent engineers. Years of experience and will give you options on works, servicing or repair. Been using them for several years now — will always return a call and advice is given freely. Highly recommended.
